I'm a poet and web publisher from the Appalachian mountains of central Pennsylvania, best known for the poetry film site Moving Poems and the journal qarrtsiluni (RIP). Print collections include Failed State (self-published, 2021), Ice Mountain (Phoenicia Publishing, 2017) and Breakdown: Banjo Poems (Seven Kitchens Press, 2013). Current writing obsessions include renga-influenced ecopoetry based on daily walks and a project to make erasure poems from every entry in the Diary of Samuel Pepys, and you can follow along for free on the long-running literary blog that I share with Virginia-based poet Luisa A.
