I don’t recommend trying to message me through Bluesky, Instagram, Facebook, etc. since there’s a good chance I’ll never see it. I sometimes forget to visit social media for days on end. And I keep notifications off my phone for basic mental-health reasons (and also because allowing notifications gives big-tech platforms a backdoor to steal even more of your data).
